Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Agreement
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Buhotec Miami supplier partner. Before proceeding, please read the following compliance terms carefully. By completing and submitting this application you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Compliance Commitment
Buhotec Miami LLC is fully committed to complying with all applicable local and international laws and regulations aimed at preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit financial activities, including FinCEN guidelines and OFAC regulations.
2. Know Your Supplier (KYS) & Identity Verification
By submitting this form, you authorize Buhotec to conduct identity and business verification of your company and its legal representatives. This includes screening against government watchlists and sanctions databases including OFAC (U.S. Treasury), Interpol, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), the European Union (EU), HM Treasury (UK), and other relevant national authorities.
3. Source of Goods Verification
You certify that all products you supply to Buhotec are obtained through legitimate, verifiable supply chains. You agree to provide documentation of product origin, import/export compliance, and manufacturer authorization upon request. Buhotec reserves the right to perform supply chain due diligence at any time.
4. Accuracy of Information
You certify that all information provided in this application is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection or termination of the business relationship and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Prohibited Activities
You confirm that your company does not engage in:
- Supply of counterfeit or unauthorized products
- Transactions with sanctioned countries or entities
- Concealment of true beneficial owners through shell companies
- Supply chains involving forced or child labor
6. Approval Discretion
Buhotec reserves the right to approve or decline any supplier application at its sole discretion. All submitted information is subject to verification by our Compliance Team, which may take up to 24 business hours.
