Do pre-owned products have returns?
Yes — pre-owned purchases carry the same 30-day return policy as new products: receipt, original condition as sold, matching serial number, refund to the original payment method.
Where do pre-owned products come from?
Primarily from our own trade-in program, where every device is verified in store — and where we pay 5% more than GameStop trade values.
When can I shop pre-owned?
