Retail Terms & Return Policy

1. Who we are
These terms govern retail purchases made in store at Buhotec Tamiami (14409 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33175) and, once online checkout launches, through buhotec.com/shop. The seller of record for retail transactions is Buhotec Retail Stores LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Buhotec Retail," "we," "us"). Wholesale (B2B) transactions are governed separately by the wholesale terms of Buhotec International LLC.
2. Pricing & availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax, which is added at checkout or at the register as required by Florida law. Product availability shown on the website is informational and may change; a product in your online cart is not reserved until the purchase is completed. We may correct pricing errors on the site before an order is accepted.
3. Returns & refunds — 30 days
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase — a Buhotec receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Original packaging — the product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, cables and any included promotional items.
- Serial number — for serialized products (consoles, computers, phones, cameras and similar), the serial number on the product must match the serial number recorded at the time of sale. Products whose serial number is missing, altered or does not match the sale record will not be accepted.
- Refund method — refunds are issued only to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Card refunds post back to the original card; cash purchases are refunded in cash.
Items that are damaged, show signs of misuse, or are missing components may be refused or subject to a deduction. Opened software, digital codes, gift cards, and consumables (e.g., batteries, ink) are not returnable once opened, except where defective. Defective products within the return window may be exchanged for the same item.
4. Manufacturer warranty
Most products we sell carry a manufacturer's warranty. After our 30-day return window, warranty service is provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. We will gladly point you to the right warranty channel for anything purchased at Buhotec.
5. Online orders & store pickup
When online checkout launches, payments will be processed securely by our payment provider (Clover, a Fiserv company); Buhotec Retail does not store your full card number. Unless a shipping option is expressly offered, online orders are fulfilled as in-store pickup at Buhotec Tamiami. Bring your order confirmation and a government-issued photo ID matching the purchaser's name.
6. Marketplace items
Where the site indicates an item is sold by a third-party marketplace seller, that seller is the seller of record for the item and ships or delivers it directly; Buhotec Retail processes the payment and the terms in Section 3 apply equally to marketplace items unless stated otherwise on the product page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buhotec Retail's liability for any claim related to a retail purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
